New Class Society by A.I Chatbot
I have been experiencing the related projects to A.I and chatbot. On them, there are a lot of changes in the our society.
I thought that new class society is emerging from the introduction of A.I and chatbot. It does not come from appearance of the new development language and a high popularity. As a result, it means that the territories between the existing planner, developer, designer, and publisher, are fading away.
Let’s take the hypothesis that someone having only service planning skill has to make a chatbot service. In the past, the steps to launch a service were so long and very complicated because he or she could not do all steps to make the service. He or she had to give requests to the professional in each specialized area, such as design, publishing, or development.
However, recently, there are a lot of integrated platforms which anyone can do all steps to make a service through the slight knowledge. If having a specific business knowledge, anyone can easily make A.I chatbot.
Even, it might be not essential to do service planning because of presetting, which means that the platform provides the basic structure to make the chatbot service without a service planning.
Because its advantages are easy interface and controls on the admin, anyone can easily use it.
What does it mean?
It means that territories of planning, design, publishing, and development are more fading away because anyone can easily make and supply the chatbot service.
Moreover, in the future, someone will be able to easily make a robot for someone.
In other words, that situation means that finally entry barrier for service suppliers is being lower, and amount of the services can be sharply increasing. Lately, as a demand is being varied, this trend may be a good thing for the society.
But, the ignoring point is ‘who make or develop the platform for easy supplement for the services?’. It is the people being able to handle A.I (Artificial Intelligence) with new development languages. This means that super-ordinate class is emerging and it has just few people. In other words, a new class in the society is emerging.
The area of A.I make a new class. This trend is natural on the process of 4th industrial revolution. That is to say, it is unavoidable situation from changing era.
New Class Society by A.I Chatbot
Most people who already recognize this situation or trend try hard to enter in the new super-ordinate class because that class will be the ruling class in the future. Even though it is hard to say about good or bad for this trend, it is necessary to have its interest and continuously observe that in the 4th industrial revolution.
