Recently, the word, A.I (Artificial Intelligence), is emerging, and most people may have a conversation with A.I. Especially, most companies have a plan to alter their sales channel to A.I.

The companies having simple business or sales process are already utilizing A.I technologies. When A.I was firstly introduced, most people were curious about how many jobs would be altered or disappear. However, recently, a result for it is emerging.

As a result, sales performance of A.I is similar to a human. In some cases, A.I’s sales performance is better than the human by four times. Due to this result, most companies will consider A.I more positive than now. However, in this case, there is a big secret. That is, it is the case that A.I did not say their identity. In other words, if A.I reveal their identity to the customer, their reactions and A.I’s sales performance will be sharply dropped. In that case, sales performance will drop by 80 percent.

This result has great implications for us, which means that most people consequently feel a communication with people is more valuable than with A.I. Also, as another view, it means that the companies having a plan to make A.I or A.I chatbot should focus on making human-like A.I. This being so, practically, most companies are now focusing on emotional factors when they develop A.I.

Taken together, if A.I do not reveal their identity to the customer, their ability or performance will be better than the human. This premise is a big deal. However, there is a big issue in this part. Now, some countries are being ready to enact new law that A.I must reveal their identity when they are offering services. If so, business value can be decreasing.

There are a lot of social discussions which A.I should go through. And, based on these, we should consider about how to utilize A.I and high-technologies in various views.
