Until now, it did not show negative factors of A.I chatbot yet because A.I technologies are not perfect but still upgrading even though a chatbot is popularized. Also, this is because a chatbot is considered as additional tool, which means that it is not replaced to the existing jobs yet. However, from the next year, a chatbot will make some issues and problems by affecting and changing mainstream in each industry.

At present, some countries having high technologies are preparing for making related laws to A.I chatbot. However, it concentrates with ethical factors. Anyone cannot easily expect about effectiveness for related laws. This is because there was not a big issue and event so far. Recently, many companies gave notice that they will launch new A.I chatbot service being able to replace the existing jobs. Practically, if those chatbot services replace to the existing jobs for human, closet social issues or problems will emerge.

Some newspapers already raised issues about this. A chatbot learning about wrong and bad knowledge can make a racist comment, and intentionally show lewd contents. Also, too much chatbots can be created because of no limits for its creation.

Even though there is a guideline for A.I technology, it does not have legal force. Therefore, it is not perfect. Few countries are being ready to make related laws to A.I chatbot.

Also, if there is no limitation to make a chatbot, it will be indiscriminately created, which means that the people using a messenger platform might be easily boring because one chatbot is one ID in the platform.

This being so, few messenger platform companies are preparing for solving these problems with response of related laws.

From the next year, chatbots combined with A.I technologies will practically threaten the existing jobs. At present, most chatbots are simple, and one of additional tools, which means those are not threatening yet. However, some social issues and problems will appear, as alternative jobs by chatbots will emerge.

Most people has already this experience through kiosk in franchise restaurants. But, appearance of A.I chatbots will have bigger effects than kiosk.

The stream of the era is already changing. It will make many confusions if the existing jobs is replaced without social compromises and discussions. No one can forecast the results. However, it is necessary to consider these prior to coming future.
