In the near future, we will experience new era for 1 person 1 bot(or A.I chatbot). Recently, a lot of stores are introducing chatbots to get orders from the customers. Now, this trend is being led by big chain businesses having a lot of stores and their kiosk system to get orders.
This is because the cost for its introduction is high. However, as various chatbot builders (development platform) are introduced and those are user-friendly, it is easier for anyone to build the chatbot than before. Therefore, it became a turning point for small businesses to introduce their chatbot.
The existing digital platforms or tools just introduced their store location or service, and shared information about them. It was hard to make a service having technology or function because its difficulty and cost are a big problem for them.
From now, many stores or brands will start to actively communicate and introduce various services or products by chatbots, because anyone can easily make the chabot services. Typical chain businesses already are following this trend. Therefore, in the near future, most people will be able to get something they want via chatbot. The new era that a person get a service or product via at least 1 chatbot, is coming.
Another example for this is secretary chatbot. Soon, many people will be able to build the chatbot thay want. The chatbot will reminder your schedule before it, or ask something instead of you duirng your absence.
Even though there are few secretary chatbot services provided by typical IT companies, they are not in commercialization step.However, it will be commercialized soon, maybe in the next year. Of course, through this, it will be hard to quickly change our world, however, it is important part for the new era, 1 Person 1 Bot (A.I Chatbot).
Also, except for the secretary chatbot service, a rising chatbot service is healthcare chatbot and chatbot for 1 person household. This concept is similar the secretary chatbot service. In summary, finally, each person has each bot(or A.I cahtbot) for oneself.
