World Trend
Amount of Searching about ‘Chatbot’ increased, compared to the previous month, April.
A key point on this month is that demand of chatbot development kit has been increasing. Development Kits, such as PHP and Node.js, are emerging.
As a number of chatbot has been gradually increasing, those development kit for chatbot are emerging.
Also, Steamlabs is becoming hot. This is because it’s offering integrated service to other streaming platforms, such as Youtube and Twitch. Also, it is related to chatbot service by steamlabs. We need to monitor this trend on the next month, too.
South Korea’s Trend
Related chatbot services to Corona Virus are still hot and being continuously launched. In addition, as KAKAO Enterprise, subsidiary of KAKAO, get MOU to other companies, amount of searching about chatbot increased.
Also, Korean Air’s new chatbot service was hot as they launched chatbot for baggage claim.
Especially, as government support was confirmed some days ago, from the next month, a lot of related keywords including chatbot will emerging, compared to this month.
